The Ravens Lottery Full Terms & Conditions
Buying your Bridgend Ravens Club Lottery ticket is an easy way to donate to the club whilst also being in with the chance of winning a fantastic jackpot cash prize once a month. The newly launched lottery is easier than ever to enter with entry via bank standing order.
Purchasing tickets is simple with a standing order costing just £4.50 per month (includes a 50p administration fee) for one line. You are able to enter up to 3 lines per week via our online application form. Proceeds of the lottery are split a percentage invested back into Bridgend Ravens and a percentage being added to the overall Bridgend Ravens Lottery prize pot. Once your standing order is set up, you’ll need to select your four numbers (between 1 and 50) and the rest is done for you with the draw results emailed directly to your inbox following the conclusion of the monthly draw.
The draw will take place monthly on the 28th of each month (subject to change). Tickets paid for up to 23.59 on the 27th of each Month will be entered into the draw. Tickets purchased on the 28th will be entered into the next month’s draw.
If you enter multiple lines but set up your Standing Order for less than the value of lines played, only your first line(s) will be entered into the draw, up to the value of lines paid.
These Terms and Conditions are the Ravens Lottery Rules. By entering the Ravens Lottery, entrants agree to be bound by these rules.
- To enter the Ravens Lottery, you must be a UK resident aged 18 (eighteen) or over. Anyone under 18 years of age who buys a ticket will immediately forfeit the right to any prize and the monies paid in respect of their ticket will be returned to them.
- The draw for the prize will be made monthly. You do not need to be present at the draw to win the lottery.
- All tickets shall be priced at £4.50 and includes an administration fee.
- All lottery entry sales are final and no refunds shall be made at any time. All entrants acknowledge that their payment of £4.50 per ticket to enter the lottery does not guarantee that they will win any prize.
- All profits from the Ravens Lottery go to Bridgend Ravens Rugby Club Limited.
- Any unclaimed prize will be rolled over up to a maximum value of £3000.00 at which point the prize will be frozen.
- Once the £3,000 is achieved then a holding pot of no more than £500 can grow and 100% of proceeds will go to Bridgend Ravens Rugby Club Limited
- Full payment for each ticket must be received before the ticket can be entered into the draw. Only tickets for which full payment has been received are eligible to win the prize.
- The winners of the lottery prizes will be notified by email or text message.
- All entrants are solely responsible for providing the Ravens Lottery with their accurate and up-to-date contact details and the Ravens Lottery will be in no way liable for any failure or inability to contact any entrant due to any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in the contact details that the entrant has provided. In the event that an entrant changes their contact details, they will be solely responsible for advising The Ravens Lottery of the change.
- Lottery membership can be cancelled at any time by notifying the Ravens Lottery in writing, by phone or via e-mail. However, where applicable, the individual player must cancel any payments directly with their own bank.
- The Ravens Lottery shall not be liable to the member for any loss or damage suffered or arising from:-
- any delays or failures in the postal service or other delivery methods used by the Ravens Lottery.
- any delays or failures in any software or other systems used by the Ravens Lottery for the administration of the lottery.
- any delays or failures in the Banking system used by the Ravens Lottery to accept registration of an individual as a member or the cancellation of a membership.
- any failure to enter a chance into the draw.
- any event beyond the reasonable control of the Ravens Lottery
- Nothing within these terms and conditions shall create or should be construed as creating any form of contract between any entrant and the Ravens Lottery.
- Any complaints relating to the lottery should be sent in writing to : The Secretary, Bridgend Ravens Rugby Club Ltd giving full details of the complaint and supporting documentation.
- The Ravens Lottery is committed to protecting the member’s privacy. Data that is collected from the member is used lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and is used solely for the purpose of processing lottery chances, subsequent entry into the lottery draw, and informing winners that they have won a prize.
- Any member has the right to access the information held by the Ravens Lottery about them. . The Ravens Lottery will not sell, rent or grant access of any personal data to any third party without express prior permission.
- In the event of any dispute regarding these rules, the decision of the Ravens Lottery shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
- The Ravens Lottery reserves the right to amend these rules at any time and will publish the amended rules before the same take effect.
- The Ravens Lottery reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these rules.
- Each entrant should retain a copy of these Terms and Conditions for their reference.

Please set up your Standing order for £9.00 every Month. Our details will be provided to you once you have submitted your numbers. You will also receive a confirmation email with all the information you need

Enter your name and email address, then enter the four numbers you wish to play in each monthly draw.
Please select your four numbers between 1 and 50 and are each unique.
Once complete, set up a Standing Order using your Banking app/Online Banking or by speaking dricetly with your Bank.
